GET/v1/account/billing
The tenant's balance, plan and current prices, net paid, the next tier and what reaches it, and the low-balance threshold. Money is integer micro-dollars. Needs the account scope.

Problems
RFC 9457 application/problem+json. An abstention is not one of these: it is a 200.
